CortexOS works with any text-based PDF, including textbooks, academic papers, training manuals, course notes, and documentation. For best results, use PDFs with clear chapter structure. Scanned PDFs with OCR text also work, though results may vary based on scan quality.

Most PDFs are processed in 40–50 minutes, depending on length and complexity. For example, a typical 200-page textbook takes about 40 minutes. You’ll receive a notification as soon as your knowledge graph is ready. In the meantime, you can keep going by using a pre-made module—you’ll choose one during the onboarding process.

Currently, CortexOS supports 30 of the most-used languages. For example: English, Spanish, French, German, Mandarin Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Italian, Turkish, and Vietnamese (plus many more).

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption to protect your files and knowledge graphs. Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties. You can delete your content at any time, and we comply with GDPR and CCPA regulations.
